Campbell’s Covered Bridge Ride and BBQ
Labor Day, Monday, September 4th, 2017
Ride Starts at 10 a.m. Packet pickup starts at 8:30 a.m.

North Greenville University Athletic Complex, 2418 SC-414 Travelers Rest SC 29690

This ride provides:

Two routes: 22 miles with one rest stop (1455 Elevation Gain) and 50 miles (3141 ElevationGain) with two rest stops
Marked turns with route sheet
Roving SAG vehicle
BBQ lunch (vegetarian option) at the end of the ride
A ride tee shirt if registered by August 18th

Also, the ride focuses on a Greenville Historic Landmark. Campbell’s Covered Bridge, built in 1909, is the last remaining covered bridge in South Carolina. All of this for a modest $30 ride fee if you pre-register (Fri. Sept 1st midnight cut-off). $35 fee day of ride.

Both routes are in beautiful Northern Greenville County. These two routes have rolling hills but no crazy climbs like Camp Old Indian or Asbury Hill. Both fast and moderate speed riders can enjoy the event.

This ride is sponsored by the Greenville Spinners Bike Club. Helmets required, no earbuds. Signed waiver required to participate.
