The Greenville Spinners Donate to North Greenville College for NGU’s Support
Steve Yetman and Ken Drescher (Spinners Tour Leaders for eight years) have led many rides out of North Greenville’s College’s Athletic Center. In 2015 the Campbell’s Covered Bridge and Leaf Tour Rides left from the campus. For NGU’s support Drescher and Yetman presented the University with a $350 check from the Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club on March 24th.
“NGU’s Athletic Center is the perfect launch site for a ride with plenty of parking, huge restrooms, scenic views and easy access to the gorgeous scenery of the Upstate and Blue Ridge Mountains” says Drescher. The check was presented to Micha Sepko, NGU’s Associate Athletic Director. Steve Yetman, Ken Drescher, Carlo Franco and Don Hudson road their bikes from Greenville to Tigerville to present the gift.
