Upstate Forever hosts the 5th annual Upstate Forever Preservation Ride on Sept. 17. There are three different courses to choose from, a fully catered lunch, prizes, a ride t-shirt and your chance to win a couple special prizes (to be announced soon). The 79-mile ride starts at 8 a.m. This ride has rolling hills with an optional climb up Skyuka Mountain. The alternate route is 69 miles if you skip the climb up Skyuka Mountain. The 40-mile ride starts at 9 a.m., and it has rolling hills. The 20-mile ride starts at 9 a.m. This ride has rolling hills and is very beginner friendly. The Preservation Ride will start and finish at Strawberry Hill USA, which is at 3097 Hwy 11 West Chesnee, SC.
