The annual Ride of Silence has been postponed to May 25 because of the May 18 evening forecast. It will still be at 7 p.m. starting at the intersection of Mayberry Street and Delano Drive (formerly Peden Street) on the GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail. The Ride of Silence is a worldwide event in honor of those injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. It is a five-mile ride suitable for riders of all abilities.
