As to non-club ride, the Spinners will provide no financial contributions.

The Spinners will post non-Club rides conducted in or originating from the
Upstate, through its Yahoo group and its website.

For non-Club charity rides, the Spinners will offer a Club liaison to
facilitate the use of the Club's expertise and non-financial resources to
the benefit of such rides.
