The last time the Greenville Spinners sponsored a litter pickup effort on some of the major roads on our “C” routes was back in March of 2019. Last year was a challenge with the COVID-19 pandemic affecting our club rides, events, and member camaraderie.  Now that things are easing up, and our plans for re-starting our Tuesday night rides are in motion, it is a good time to get together and show our club spirit and community involvement!

Greenville County sponsors the “Litter Ends Here” program, and provides all materials to perform an organized litter pickup event, including bags, protective gloves, reflective vests, pick up tools and guidelines to keep everyone safe.

We have scheduled Tuesday, April 6 as Greenville Spinners Litter Pickup Day.  Please gather your friends, riding buddies, cycling teammates, and kids and come help clean up our riding routes before we hit the road the following week!  Hope you see you there!
