Did you know the only SC house of representative that voted against H3909 “Bicycle and Pedestrian safety act” came from District 19 incumbent Dwight Loftis? District 19 covers the swamp rabbit trail to TR, Paris mountain, and most of our favorite roads north to the state line. Its sad that such a vibrant cycling area would be represented by someone who currently does not care for the safety of such a essential part of his constituency.
