The 32nd annual David Sutton Memorial Tour is scheduled for
May 2-6, 2012 and we are headed back to Savannah, GA.
So, mark you calendars and join us on another fun filled DSMT adventure!
Once I receive your tour registration application, I will forward the hotel accommodations negotiated for our group to your
attention via email.
PLEASE refrain from making room reservations until you have signed up and registered for
the tour! The hotels have been instructed to
NOT allow multiple room reservations.
PLEASE NOTE: All riders on the tour requiring transportation home from Savannah, GA to Moonville, SC will need to
purchase a bus ticket -
$65.00/person. Unfortunately, no refund can be given after purchase; however, your ticket is
transferable to another cyclist, in the event that you do not need the transportation home.
Departure: Wednesday, May 2nd from Moonville, SC
Return: Sunday, May 6th from Savannah, GA
Tour Cost: (Excluding Bus Transportation): $150.00/GSBCmembers
NOTE: The DSMT is open to all cyclists; however for liability purposes, to participate in this tour, each ridermust be a Greenville Spinner’s Bicycle Club (GSBC) member. Individual membership is $25, family is $35. GSBC membership can be completed at
www.greenvillespinners.org. Proof of membership will be verified, prior to accepting DSMT registration.
The tour registration includes a Penske truck transporting your luggage to your hotel each day, supported sag vehicles, sag food/drinks, tour cue sheets. and a tour t-shirt. Hotel lodging and meals are not included in the tour cost, with the exception of a DSMT Group Dinner on Friday, May 5th. (Tour Savannah on Saturday as you like.)
In the event that you are not able to attend the tour,
refunds will be given through April 2nd, 2012, after which
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!
